The Sport Tower is located in the Neve Yehoshua neighborhood in Ramat Gan, overlooking the National Park and the Safari Zoo to the south, the Tel Aviv skyline to the west, the Marom Neve Neighborhood in Ramat Gan to the north, and the towns of Bik’at Ono with a silhouette of the Jerusalem mountains to the east. Aluf Sade Interchange and HaShalom Road are one intersection away, giving the residents of the project great access to the major traffic arteries.
This is a project that celebrates sports and healthy lifestyle. Thus, it was planned to be surrounded by green spaces with sports and recreation facilities: right next to it, on the eastern side, is the 4-decare neighborhood park, maintained by the city of Ramat Gan, which includes jogging and walking paths, children’s playgrounds, fitness equipment, an 8-hole mini golf course, large lawns and gardening.
To the west, a paved public square is planned that will contain gardening elements and lead to the project entrance. In addition, the project will include a 1.5-decare green recreation yard for residents only. All of the above reflect the desire to combine the various elements of our modern lifestyle. Needless to say, the National Park and all its facilities are only a short jog away.
The tower contains 23 residential floors and 86 housing units of various types: three-and four-bedroom apartments, loft-configured duplex apartments, and penthouses. The floors are divided into 4 separate groups of six, and that division is the basis of the design of the building façade: the tower is symmetrical in all four directions, without any distinction between front and back façades – all four façades are designed as front.
